I am 5’10” with an average build and longer than average arms. This fit me very well as long as I didn’t overfill the head (You need to put some kind of stuffing in the head and dorsal/tail fins to get it to look like the photo. This is explained in the instructions that come in the box but I’m not sure if it was mentioned in the listing). Quality was nice. The wrinkles steamed out well. I put a couple stitches in the top of the mouth because the gums were kind of rolling out and making the teeth stick out straight. No big deal. Got so many compliments and comments at Halloween. It wasn’t too hot indoors at parties nor outdoors walking around town. The arm fins have flaps so you can either cover your hands like in the picture or stick them out to hold drinks and things. Very convenient!

I bought this in a small for my petite girlfriend and it was still pretty huge.I guess that much is to be expected since it’s gotta fit all shapes and sizes.Stuffing the dorsal fin and tail fins was easy enough and the stuffing stayed in place without an issue. The opening for the dorsal fin needed to be sewn shut but the tail fin didn’t need any extra work since gravity kept the stuffing in place.Still hella cute.We were Jaws and the boat from Jaws.

This costume was a hit! I did have to cut a small hole in the fabric and stuff it with paper to get it to stand up but no big deal. I also stuffed paper into the tail fin to fluff it up. So cute! Nice fit and tons of compliments.

As with all costumes such as these, this one is pretty cheaply made. Keep your expectations low and you’ll be ok. The head, tail and dorsal fin need to be stuffed with something to make them stand up. I used bubble wrap and it worked pretty nice.

Wore it for a “gator parade” and our theme was a fishin boat and I wore the costume for the catch and everyone loved it and wanted pictures with me. Fits a little snug for someone with larger hips but still works well have open hands or having them hidden.

(BUY STUFFING) It fits me well for being 5’9″ There were some type of chemicals that made my eyes watery and my throat burn… Not sure what the heck was up with that. But I washed it. And whatever was causing that seemed to dissapear. But this is a very unique costume c: loved it.

Bought it for a friend of mine. It fit well. Not too big, not to small. (Male: 6′ and pants size 34 if that helps with gauging size). We used the craft stuffing for dolls from Walmart to fill in the tail and head. It was a big hit on Halloween and the Ren Faire. :>

This costume is a huge hit. My husband bought it for a variety show and has worn it for several parties since then. It’s not the highest quality and we had to stuff the fin and tail with quilt batting and sew up the armpit a few times, but it’s definitely a fun costume.
