Yea, I used this for FX make-up this past Halloween for a haunt. I usually play a clown and like to draw the “teeth” on my lips, this barely got the job done. The tip that is shown in the picture is the only product that comes in it. The tube is plastic and there isn’t a way to twist the bottom to get more product out, although that is what it looked like it was supposed to do. I would have been better off running to Walmart or the corner store to get an eyeliner pen to do my make-up. Total waste.

You can’t go wrong with Mehron liners! They are creamy but very durable and don’t break like the drug store lines – for just a few dollars more. Mehron is one of the leading theatrical lines, and it is for nice reason. They produce (for the most part) superior products. Most of their products I absolutely love.This is a bold liner for evening makeup, but it is used by professional makeup artists for TV, Film and Print work. Mehron is a cosmetic line all professional makeups artist have in their kits, and the price is much less than comparable couture lines. Personally, I think it is better. If you buy this liner you will know why. I highly recommend it!! And, you can use it as a lip or eye liner.Tip: You have to buy their sharpener for their pencils. The size is a little bit different than traditional lines, so traditional sharpeners don’t work. However, the sharpeners are only about $3.00, so no huge cost there.Happy makeup! Have fun with it.

I purchased the white and the black. The white was perfect, easy to use, sharpened as needed without any difficulties. For some reason the black would break and not sharpen to a full point for the finer lines I wanted to make. Used it 2 times to Halloween makeup and it’s almost gone. Maybe I just got a bad one because the white pencil works perfect

As soon as I went to use this product, it broke. I was applying it as eyeliner so obviously I’m not putting unnecessary stress on it but it just fell apart and the rest of the liner refuses to come to the tip. Pretty much worthless.

To be honest, I couldn’t even get one use out of this. This was a terrible pen. I would not buy this one again. Sad because I think the other products I ordered from the same company were nice quality for the KISS makeup I did for a concert. I will not order this ever again.

It came broke. The only reason I didn’t give it one star was cause I was able to rig it up to work and cause I’m sure that it doesn’t always come like that. If you need one, order days before you need it just so you can return it if you have to.

Quality of product was great until the tip broke off. I had to dig out the rest of black crayon to use; no screw up down to use pencil. I was using minimal pressure so it would not break, but that didn’t help

I have never had this much trouble trying to sharpen a pencil. Unusable at this point. Even after freezing, it still breaks and smashes into the sharpener. None of my other eyeliners do this. Not worth it.

The pencil made great lines and went on smoothly, but this lasted for only a moment. The pencil tip almost immediately broke. I used the correct sharpener for this pencil, but it never allowed me to sharpen it to a usable tip. It would always break before I could get enough sharpened. Too much money for something that goes straight into the garbage!

Works great for a few lines, it’s soft and draws well. BUT… you can’t sharpen it! It’s too soft to get a fine point. And the pencil shape is a little undersized so it doesn’t work well in a sharpener. So all it does it whittle down to a dull stub. Drawing a few nice lines is NOT WORTH $10!
