I have a big head, so I searched quite a few listing before choosing this one. It still took a nice bit of trimming to make it work. The eyeholes are way too small and tough to align just right. I ended up trimming them much larger to be able to see through them and I took off fangs at the bottom. The rest fits really well, and when combined with make-up underneath and around looks great!

Love it….Had to cut the eye holes bigger other then that did what I wanted to it put a black clown wig on it cut the teeth off painted it some and boom
