These were worn by a group of young adults (both men and women) and their mothers on a Mother’s Day mountain climb. We are all about size 6 or 33″ waist for men. These tutus held up through 3000 ffeet of glissading and will be used again!

So I bought this to wear on Tutu Tuesdays for a camping trip, and for the price I expected it to be very cheap quality and not last very long. However when I received it, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the quality is. I have never bought a tutu before and I’m sure that a more expensive tutu would be nicer, but in terms of stitching and quality of materials, this tutu was definitely a great buy.The tutu has an elastic band that is pretty comfortable to wear, and the tutu held up through quite a bit of activity out in the dessert. I even crammed it into a bucket for a year and pulled it back out this year and it was still in perfect condition to use again.The Waistband sits a little higher on the waist than I expected, but as a result it doesn’t move around when you’re walking or dancing. The material is also a stiff plastic type of fabric that holds it’s shape very well. Even after I had squeezed it into a bucket for a year and pulled it out it popped right back out to it’s normal shape.

The reason I am giving only 3 stars is because the item does not look like the picture. The tutu is nice, but it is not what I ordered. Instead of having the fluffy tulle that sticks straight out like the picture shows, it hangs down like a skirt, giving a different look than I wanted.I’m keeping the item because the elastic on the waist is nice quality; it’s the same color as the tulle so you don’t see it, and its hefty (about 2″ wide) and actually stays on my hips which are pretty tiny (im a size 0-2 and usually waistbands, even in those small sizes, are too big for me) it might be too tight if you are a larger person, but it’s elastic and im sure it stretches out. I plan to wear these on a fun run so I hope it stays in place while running. It’s cute enough (i bought a red a white and a blue). They just don’t look like the picture.

Can we talk about how versatile this little tutu is?! You can actually wear this tutu two different ways because the rows of tulle are staggered in length. If you wear it with the longest tulle on top, it gives you a shape similar to a ballerina’s tutu. Expect your butt to be exposed. If you turn it over and wear it with the shortest layer on top, it creates a fuller, fluffier silhouette (the shape of cupcake frosting keeps coming to mind). Wearing it this way covers the majority of your butt. You’ve got two different looks by simply turning it over. I was pleasantly surprised and wasn’t expecting this versatility.As for fit, I’m a true plus size 1X and the tutu fit me comfortably without being tight or “over-stretched”. My hip circumference is about 48″ at the widest part to give you an idea. Any size above 1X could cause problems–not because it won’t fit you, but because the thread securing the tulle to the elastic could pop & break. So be careful not to over stretch it.extremely nice buy. I know where to go for my next tutu.

I have very high costume standards, so I really was not expecting to fall in love with this tutu as much as I have. I bought this as a costume piece for a burlesque costume, and it was beyond perfect (poofy, flirty, soft, fun). Now, years later, it’s still exactly as it was when I first received it! Now, if you’re looking for something to completely cover your bottom, I would look elsewhere, but if you’re looking for any kind of burlesque or ballet tutu, this is the one for you! I’m sure it would also look incredibly well as a petticoat given how relentless its poofiness is!This is a very high-quality tutu that I would recommend to everyone who wants to show off a little booty!

I bought this tutu for a race I was doing, but I chickened out at the last minute and did not wear it. However, when I did put it on, it fit perfectly (I’m a size 8 in American Eagle jeans). It also fit my husband perfectly (don’t ask! LOL), and he is a size 34 waist. I did not encounter anything negative with this product. It arrived as a (seemingly) new product, no damage, and the color was exactly as described. This is just a basic tutu, no panty insert or attachment whatsoever, so you definitely need to wear something under it in some way, unless your goal is to flaunt everything your Mama gave ya while wearing a tutu.It also works as a cat toy. I left it on the floor, and now my cat won’t leave it alone. It’s his new toy/bed.

I LOVE THIS TUTU. Could not be more accurate. Looks exactly like the photograph. Came Prime shipping, very quick. Turquoise will be perfect for my Thing 2 costume for a rave (EDC). Going to wear yoga shorts underneath, because as pictured, it is short. SO SO POOFY. Love it.

I wore this tutu when I ran the competitive Race For The Cure 5k. It was super cute, and I got many compliments on it. Including a random guy running behind me chanting “go tutu, go tutu, go tutu” ha!I was a size 14 when I got it and it fit. It was snug, but I preferred that with the running and all. Now I’m a size 10 and it still fits me well. The elastic is very stretchy.I might mention this is made out of tulle and not organza. The edges are not hemmed but do NOT unravel, thus tulle. Organza would be fraying all over the place, I’m glad it’s not organza. I work at a fabric store, I know. That did not make it any lower quality of course, it was very nice shiny tulle.

I ordered this to complete a Halloween costume. After it hadn’t shipped an entire week after ordering, I contacted customer service because I was worried I wouldn’t get the product in time for Halloween, and they ensured me delivery as soon as possible and even upgraded the shipping for me at no additional cost! When it finally arrived (and even a few days before Halloween), the material and fit were great. The only issue is that the tutu has absolutely no length to it – the netting juts straight out. Don’t purchase unless you intend to wear shorts, tights, leggings, or spandex underneath.
