We use the costume to promote a pizza place. The owners nephew, the Hobit, wears it around town with a German hat. We call him ‘Homeslice.’ The costume doesn’t have any structure to it so we had to make some enhancements. First, we cut up a swimming noodle & inserted it in the ‘crust.’ It works great because it gives the costume dimension and it gives the Hobit shoulders. Plus it also can be used as a floatation device. Then we took two layers craft foam to line the face of the pizza. This won’t be of any assistance in water emergency but it will keep your slice from flopping around in the wind.

my only complaint about this costume is that after wearing it all night my arm hurt… from all the high fives i got.

A huge hit. I went to a massive Halloween party/parade and got so many compliments and attention. A car drove by and a girl yelled, “I love your costume! And I love your face!” Let’s just say, my girlfriend, who dressed really provocative, wasn’t too happy that I was getting way more attention than she was…It was very nice, especially when so many people spent so much time and money making these really impressive, elaborate costumes, and I just rolled in with this one that I plucked off Amazon, and ended up stealing the show.I’m keeping it around and will break it out every once in a while. Probably at the most random times. Probably whenever I crave pizza. Everybody knows you automatically win the respect and admiration of everyone around you if you wear this to pizza shops and eat pizza while yelling, ‘Cowabunga dude!”It deserves 5, but I can only give it 4 because like other reviews have stated, it’s a little flimsy and the crust part is flat so it looks weird, but you can stuff it. Everybody loves stuffed crust!Other than those two things,it looks like a real pepperoni slice. And that’s just delicious.Excuse me while I go eat one right now…

$20 and $6.00 for shipping that takes weeks? Don’t waste your money. I bought this for a pizza party event to be worn by a very thin man (5″7, 120 pounds) It fits ok, but if it were for a full size adult, forget it. Also, the fabric is super flimsy, does not hold its shape, and the back does not have a pizza design. It also doesn’t hold it’s shape. Because I needed it for a party, I paid an extra $11.99 for shipping, and it still took a week. Anyway, cheep quality, ill fitting, and flimsy. Don’t trust the picture.

GREAT! I used to to go to a Halloween party at a bar in hoboken and it was a hit! People taking photos with me and just having a great time! The costume came a little crumpled up, but a quick ironing fixed that. I also bought a couple bags of cotton balls to fill out the crust. The costume comes with small openings specifically for this.Once I had all this done, the costume really looked great! I got some giggles and laughs from plenty of people. My favorite interaction was with a guy in a taco costume.Taco Man: “Yay food costumes!”Me: “Yeah, you want a pizza me?”Taco Man: “…I don’t wanna taco bout it.”

This costume was a hit at our campground and Halloween Parties. We stuffed the crust at the shoulders with shopping bags to puff it up. There are slits in the inside to allow you to do this. Being that my husband is 6′ tall, I expected this costume to be slightly small but It worked out just as well as the picture shows. The material on the back, which is just a plain nude color, is very thin and the ties to secure it shut across your upper back ripped off after 2 times wearing it. So ill be sewing new strings on for next year. Overall, we like the costume and it will get worn again and again.

What they don’t show on the pic is that the back is NOT pizza. Only the front is. The material can barely be called foam; it’s really thin. You also have to stuff the top crust so it holds its shape. Overall, it’s really cheap and not worth the $26. Look elsewhere. This thing should cost $15, tops.

I had my eye on this rad costume after seeing it out in the wild. It sat in my wishlist for quite some time as I debated the purchase, waiting for the right time to bring this work of art into my life…. That moment came one very drunken night after being swept up in the crazy world of mini Japanese food kit videos (the hot dog and sushi in particular blew my mind). I woke up to an electronic receipt and the feeling of being compete. The day it arrived I was overwhelmed with happiness. I hope one day everyone can feel the kind of satisfaction you get from a pizza costume.

I bought this costume as a prank for one of my 25 yr old female restaurant employees who consistently walks around saying “Its a pizza party”, we work in a fish restaurant. When it arrived it was to tempting not to try on. I thought it would be huge on my seeing how i weight 100 pounds wet and the costume is a one size fits all. Not only did it fit me my bf was laughing so hard when i walked out off the room he then had to try it on. and it fit and looked hilarious on him and hes 6″ tall & 200 something pounds lol From there it just became a craze, everyone who came over for the next 2 weeks b4 Halloween begged to try it on. I said sure only one condition… This was too much fun!!! I now have a photo album w/ over of 30 friends doing crazy things in the pizza costume. Love it! Buy it you wont be disappointed i promise.
